I’ve been interested how my friends, relatives, and business associates are adjusting, and how they have been using their time. Most are faring well, and in turn, they ask me about my “new normal” life.
For me, workdays are somewhat the same. I’m conducting business coaching sessions with current clients, although the subject matter has changed to the current challenges (and opportunities). I’m also spending time with non-clients, as I’ve been offering pro bono sessions to others. Giving back has been quite rewarding! With my other businesses, we’re finding new opportunities and are using this time to plan for execution once the economy opens up.
On a personal note, I am an avid piano player. At one time, I considered music as a career. I love playing for family and friends so my wife, Randy, began posting my “mini concerts” on Facebook. Others are doing this, so I thought I’d give it a try. The feedback has been overwhelming and heartwarming.
